A Side Adventure: Driving through Ohio and West Virginia

For the Grand Caravan journey, a massive amount of driving was required. Prior to the trip, Che Correa drove from Neenah, WI to Graffiti Photographic’s home in West Chicago, IL. Little Alice also drove to Madison, WI to pick up Seth Nayes, and to Milwaukee, WI to pick up Silversark/Miss Spooky. Ophelia Darkly and her pets were also transported to Little Alice’s apartment in Chicago, IL. In addition to this, Brett Stoddart’s section of the caravan had a rendez-vous at Little Alice’s apartment the morning of the drive to Mansfield, OH. There was a total of four vehicles and two trailers for these two sections of the caravan. Several other sections were meeting up with the caravan in Mansfield, OH later in the weekend.

After completing the ventures at the brickyard and OSR, the caravan departed together for the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, WV. This was a full day of driving. On the way, the caravan stopped at a few locations for some abandoned building exploration. One of the buildings was found by Little Alice, and her car group decided to break off and have an adventure.

Little Alice, Ophelia Darkly, and Seth Nayes stopped to explore this small, sad little house. The house still had all of the furniture and belongings from its previous owners. The polaroid photos leading to the stairs were especially strange. Seth even found a creepy doll that was rotting on the floor.
