Here is one of our “spotlight artists,” Timothy Westbrook.  We met this young man at the Milwaukee Steampunk Maker’s Faire at the Pfister Hotel.  His work features designs inspired by Victorian style clothing, as well as recycling found items.  His most interesting process is weaving cassette tape into the fabrics he uses for his gowns.  Bryan Thompson explored Timothy’s studio, located at the Pfister Hotel.  His sewing machine and loom are set up right in the windows so you can peek while he works.
